Troubleshooting

There are simple things to check if you are having trouble with your leva. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for, please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the Instructions for Use (IFU) or contact us at support@renoviainc.com.

Battery Level

The battery level indicator at the bottom of the your leva app screen displays the current battery level. When the battery icon is green, your battery level is acceptable.

If the icon is red, your batteries should be replaced. The leva System LED on the front of the transmitter will also blink red upon startup if the battery level is low.

leva® Connection Status

The leva Connection Status indicator at the bottom of the your leva app screen displays whether leva is connected to the leva transmitter. When leva is connected and working properly, the indicator will be purple. The leva System LED, which are the two small lights on the front of the leva transmitter, will be green.

When leva is not connected, the indicator on the your leva app will be grayed out with a red “X” through it. The leva System LED, the two small lights on the leva transmitter, will be red. If leva is connected but not working properly, the indicator on the your leva app will also be grayed out with a red “X” through it. In this case, the leva System LED will still be green. If this happens, please see the Troubleshooting section in the IFU for more details.

Bluetooth® Connectivity

The Bluetooth Connectivity indicator at the bottom of the your leva app screen displays the Bluetooth status. If the Bluetooth symbol is blue, your leva is connected.

If the Bluetooth symbol is grayed out, your leva is not connected. If your leva is not connected to Bluetooth, try pairing your leva with your phone again. Go to Bluetooth in the settings of your smart phone, and select leva. You can go to the Instructions for Use (IFU) for more details.

I KNOW I AM DOING A KEGEL. WHY IS THE LINE ON THE APP NOT MOVING?

ANSWER

Check the position of your leva to make sure the line and the logo on the probe are facing you. Are you sure you are lifting and not bearing down? An easy way to check is to try leva in Live Mode. In this mode you can see the probe moving even if you are bearing down.

I’M IN LIVE MODE OR TRAINING MODE. WHY IS THE LINE BENT OR CROOKED?

ANSWER

leva is soft and pliable, and you may have inserted the probe too far. Although we designed leva to fit the average vagina, your vagina may be shorter than leva. leva may be bumping into your cervix and bending. Women who have had pelvic surgery have experienced this. Pull the probe down gently until you see the line on your app straighten. Wearing underwear during your training will help keep leva in your vagina if you are not able to insert the entire probe.
